Initial Courses
Certification I:
We have launched our newly designed presentation for our 14-hour Certification I: Prescribed medication/topicals and 13 Health Related Activities initial course (including new addendum). The course is delivered by a state certified Nurse Trainer with follow-up questions concluding each section, videos, hands-on practice coursework and documentation, MAR documentation, rotating stations with skills check off with human-like manikins. DODD personnel must pass with an 80% or better on the closed book exam.
Certification II:
We have launched our newly designed presentation for our 4-hour Certification II: Administration of food and prescribed medication per stabled labeled gastrostomy and stabled labeled jejunostomy tube initial course. This course is delivered by a state certified Nurse Trainer, with follow-up questions concluding each section, videos, hands-on documentation, MAR documentation, and skills check off on the G-tube manikins. DODD personnel must pass with an 80% or better on the closed book exam.
Certification III:
We have launched our newly designed presentation for our 4-hour Certification III: Subcutaneous Insulin Injection initial course (including new addendum). This course is delivered by a state certified Nurse Trainer, with follow-up questions concluding each section, videos, hands-on documentation, MAR documentation, and skills check off on the stress ball and injectable manikins. DODD personnel must pass with an 80% or better on the closed book exam.
Yearly Renewal Courses

We now offer Category I, II, & III renewal courses via online. Content is presented in an interactive way, including animations, videos, drag and drop, matching, and follow-up questions for information retention. DODD personnel must pass with an 80% or better on the exam which is graded automatically and the staff will be presented with a printable certificate to show proof of course completion.
